Robert Kalchthaler is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Adlumin Inc, the security operations platform and managed detection and response (MDR) provider keeping mid-market organizations secure.

Kalchthaler is responsible for the financial management of Adlumin, including financial and strategic planning, annual financial budget and forecasting, and banking and audit relationships. He is a highly operational finance professional with transactional experience, including capital structure, private company equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, bank financing, and restructuring.

He has an extensive operating background in contract negotiations, international expansion, organizational growth and restructuring, and day-to-day financial infrastructure building and management. This experience led him to take a company through an initial public offering (IPO) early in his career.

Before Adlumin, Kalchthaler built his financial and executive leadership experience with high-growth technology companies. Previously served as CFO with Altruista Health, Inc, IKANO Communications, and Virtacore Systems, among others. Additionally, he served as the COO and CFO with C5i Corporation.

Kalchthaler holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Dolan School of Business, Fairfield University.
