This session confronts the business decisions, consequences, and critical communication between security leaders and business leaders. Cybersecurity expert and author Mark Sangster will guide attendees through several real-life incidents to explore how the critical decisions we make during cyber incidents make the difference between controlled events or ones that lead to business-altering situations. The workshop allows attendees to hone their skills in an environment that simulates a cyberattack and the competing interests in the boardroom, and the often chaotic and volatile atmosphere permeating these critical business incidents.
