Air Force Program Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time (on-site) Air Force Program Manager. This role will provide contract and personnel management support for Adlumin’s upcoming, “U.S. Air Force Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning” project. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented. They will also possess solid managerial, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Air Force leadership to put together a support plan and timeline for that support.
  • Responsible for the successful performance of all work identified in the Performance Work Statement.
  • Perform all aspects of managerial duties including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, providing performance feedback and coaching.

Communications Specialist

Adlumin’s Communications Specialist will have (or will gain) knowledge of all banking and credit union associations, publications, and marketing opportunities, and select those that will have the most impact for promoting our company’s security automation and compliance software. This position will ensure Adlumin has maximum exposure to the financial services sector in all mainstream publications. You will also be responsible for assisting the Director of Digital Marketing with creating targeted communications campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit content for white papers, press releases, case studies, flyers, media relations content, email campaigns, and company management.
  • Create thought leadership materials.
  • Analyze and develop the most effective methods and mediums for dissemination of information to a variety bank and credit union audiences using digital formats; work with technical and functional experts to ensure the accuracy of information.
  • Research media coverage and industry trends; gather a list of all bank and credit union publications.
  • Assist the Marketing Director with company’s social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

This individual will lead direct sales focused on selling our market leading banking solution for cybersecurity and Payment Card Industry (PCI DSS) Compliance. This individual must have a track record of success in developing and leading sales.
The Director, Financial Institution Sales will develop, maintain, and execute sales strategies to banks and credit unions across the nation, and will negotiate contracts and sell Adlumin products and services. Senior Cybersecurity Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre and post-sales technical leadership using your pre-sales experience, hands-on technical experience deploying enterprise cybersecurity solutions, and deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem.
